Vaporeon

This was requested by for winning my pageview. Drawn at Pokevalley's oekaki: [link] , in probably about 380 minutes, I'm guessing. It says 444, but I ate twice, so. Anyway, I tried really hard on this, worked for a looong time, and pumped out a decent background, too. I haven't drawing Vaporeon for like 4 years!

Last time I drew my Kyogre pic people at the oekaki said that I should've drawn some water reflections to make it look like it was really underwater, but I never thought of it, plus, I didn't know how to do it. So I practiced and did my best here. This, again, was done with a crappy ball mouse, and I say this not because I'm bragging, but because some people still think I've been using a tablet. So uh.. yeah, I think that's all. Hope you like it!
